Yellowing leaves are usually caused by overwatering, so it's crucial to maintain the proper humidity levels. To help it recover, I suggest not watering it for a week or so.

In my experience, the problem is not just overwatering. Leaves turning yellow or getting light-starved are signs of underwatering. I suggest you move it to a spot where it can get some indirect sunlight, water it using a plant that has drainage holes, and see if that helps.

I think the reason for this is probably the light. You can adjust the light to make sure it's not too bright. Alocasia plants don't like direct sunlight, which can scorch their leaves and turn them yellow. So, make sure your plant is in a bright, indirect location.

This could be caused to a lack of light, and the cure is simple: transfer your allocation plant to a bright, indirect light!
